Typical deck height is about 42", so about half a foot higher than a pickup bed.

Think about what your tow bar can handle if you don't use a braking system. Some will not handle the deceleration of a 5k lb Jeep without pretzeling and letting the Jeep go into your camper.

RE: How bad is it really? TC on a Ram 2500 w/coils.
Dropping in a stiff stabilizer bar and something like Timbrens or Sumo Springs instead of bags will make the ride better but still will not be as good as your wider stance leaf springs that were in your older truck.

I expect the rear of the truck to weigh 2750-3000 lbs unloaded. Your 2003 has the same 9250 lb rated Visteon Sterling 10.5" axle they still use today on the F250, but your brakes are smaller. Your setup is limited by the 7280 lb limit of tires and rims, so you have between 4000-4500 lbs of actual capacity but will be over both RAWR and GVWR door frame stickers.
You still need to put the truck on a scale and measure front axle weight when empty and loaded. This will tell you if the CG of the camper is too far back behind the rear axle. BTW: Both my Artic Fox and current Host are rear heavy if my tanks are empty.

Bottom outside length of the camper is 10’ top is 17’. I mentioned this was made for a 8’ bed or a 6’ bed with the tailgate down. I have a 6.75’ bed. Dry weight is listed as 2k. There’s no bottom part of camper below tailgate. 28” from truck bumper to bottom of camper.
Campers that are built for short bed applications typically have a CG 2' from the front wall by placing heavier items forward. Most of these campers do not exceed 9' length to keep proper CG.
You are putting too much weight aft of the rear axle and the also adding additional hitch weight on an extension which just leverages even more weight off your front end. This setup will result in unpredictable handling.

Air bags will help rear squat and point your heights the right direction but do not transfer weight other than the slight geometry change.

Is your boat big enough to have its own head? If so, you may not need to duplicate facilities.
I could get away with a bucket and bag but have other members of the household that have more demands. If I am planning to continue RVing with more people than just myself, we need a fully functioning bathroom.

RE: Replacing my linoleum.
Years ago, I used peel and stick floor tile in my toyhauler over worn and stained flooring. I made sure the old floor was clean and dry and then figured out the pattern to reduce the number tiles needed to be trimmed. It used caulk between floor and wall, so I did the same for a cleaner appearance at the transitions.

Remove the propane tanks and spray soapy water over the valve to see if is leaking. With the propane sorce removed from the camper, see if you are still getting propane alarms. If so, it is not propane but some kind of chemical off gassing from material in your camper.
If the alarms stop, you have leak in your lines that did not show up until your propane bottle valves stopped sealing properly. This will be harder to diagnose since the lines run to fridge, stove, water heater, furnace and generator. I would try and make a fitting so that I could run a low pressure compressor into the propane lines and then use soapy solution to look for bubbles. I know there is a dye you can inject into the lines and search for where it is leaking, but I have source this.
